Everything Momus Modal does, in one place

A quant model reads every match, grades itself in the open, and hands you the whole picture — not a tip. Here's the full tour of what you actually get.

Most football "prediction" products give you one thing: a pick. Momus Modal is built the other way around — a model reads every match, shows you its whole working, and keeps a public record of how it did. Analysis, not tips. Here's the full tour.

The model reads every match

At the centre is a self-fitted Dixon-Coles model that turns each fixture into a full probability picture: home/draw/away, the correct-score grid, over/under, both-teams-to-score — and, crucially, where its numbers sit relative to the market. It doesn't hand you a hunch; it hands you a distribution you can interrogate. If you're new to reading one, start with how to read match probabilities.

The desk: every match on one board

Members work from the desk — the whole matchday pinned to one board, each fixture carrying the model's read and the edge it sees. It's built to be scanned like an analyst's screen, not scrolled like a feed. We wrote up how to run a matchday from it in one board, every match.

The value board: where the model disagrees with the market

The market is sharp, so the interesting fixtures are the ones where the model and the market disagree. The value board ranks the whole slate by exactly that gap. It's the fastest way to find the handful of matches worth a closer look — and the idea behind it is the whole game, explained in the value board.

Your club, every week

Pick a favourite club and the model works for you specifically: one weekly brief with your club's next analysed fixture and the freshest transfer news. It's the one email a football fan actually wants — set your club on your account and it starts arriving.

The receipts: a public, graded track record

Any model can sound confident. Ours is graded in the open: every prediction scored against the real result, wins and losses, with accuracy, calibration and a head-to-head against the market. You can also browse the results archive match by match. Why that matters is reading the receipts.

Analysis on demand

On the Edge tier, you're not limited to what's on the board — you pick the fixtures and the model analyses them for you. Analysis on demand, your call.

The through-line

Every one of these does the same thing from a different angle: show you what the model sees, and let you check it. That's the whole product. Start free — one full read is on us.
