Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage billing). When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then does not renew. We don't lock you into contracts.
Refunds
Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd(Paddle), who processes any refunds. If something went wrong or you're not happy, email support@momusai.io within 14 daysof your first payment and we'll arrange a refund of that charge.
Renewal payments for subsequent periods are generally non-refundable — but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the period ends.
Digital content & the EU cooling-off period
Momus Modal is digital content supplied immediately on subscribing. Where a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, by starting your subscription you agree that access begins right away. This does not affect the goodwill 14-day refund above.
