Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Momus Modal (modal.momusai.io) collects and why. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

What we collect

• Your email address — to create your account and sign you in (passwordless magic link).
• Subscription status — which plan you're on. Payment details (card etc.) are collected and held by our payment processor, not by us.
• Product preferences — e.g. a favourite club or a saved strategy you choose to store.
• Basic technical data — cookies needed to run the site, and standard server logs (e.g. IP address) for security and reliability.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies and no third-party advertising cookies:

• mm_session — keeps you signed in.
• mm_uid — an anonymous id so features like "follow your club" work before you sign in.
• mm_ref — remembers a referral link, if you arrived via one.
• mm_tier — used only in internal preview mode.

Who processes your data

We use a few trusted providers strictly to run the service:

• Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle) — payments, invoicing and tax, as our Merchant of Record.
• Resend — sending sign-in and account emails.
• MongoDB Atlas — database hosting for the analysis data.
• Hetzner — server hosting (EU).

Legal basis & retention

We process your data to provide the service you asked for (contract) and to keep it secure (legitimate interest). We keep your account data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it on request or after prolonged inactivity.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. Email support@momusai.ioand we'll action it. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
