1. Who we are

Momus Modal ("we", "us") provides a football-analysis subscription at modal.momusai.io. A statistical model reads each match and produces probabilities and written analysis. These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Momus Modal.

2. Analysis, not tips — no guarantees

Momus Modal is an educational and informational analytics service. It provides probabilities and written analysis — not betting tips, not financial advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. Football is uncertain; no model can predict a result. Any decision you make using our content is your own responsibility. We are not a bookmaker and do not accept, place or facilitate any bets.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use the service.

4. Your account

We use passwordless email sign-in (a magic link). You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Notify us at support@momusai.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

Paid plans are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who is the seller of record and handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices with notice; changes apply to the next renewal, not the current period.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the analysis for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute or republish our content or data, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The model, the written analysis, the site and its design are our intellectual property. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access them, not ownership.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the analysis is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content — including, without limitation, any losses connected to betting or other decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change and material changes will be communicated. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
